April Show and Share Mary p resented a lesson on applique. She showed a bit of her process and the wall hangings she made doing fusible raw edge applique. Mary showed us the hat she embellished with beading. She was working to finish the band at March's Sew Saturday. Mary is showing her cute Easter Egg shaped table runner. She explained how she did the Quilt As You Go technique. Cathy is making Simple Whatnots by Kim Diehl in a Grand Junction class at the Owl's Nest Quilt Store. She said she is learning so much by piecing all the little pieces. That's Glenda peeking over her Medallion quilt. The Bag Ladies with their Poppins Bags made in an April Class. Deb Slechta with her classy reversible dining Aprons. These are being made by our guild as a service project. Our Seniors will be getting these.
