Mary presented a lesson on applique. She showed a bit of her process and the wall hangings she made doing fusible raw edge applique.

Mary showed us the hat she embellished with beading. She was working to finish the band at March's Sew Saturday.
Mary is showing her cute Easter Egg shaped table runner. She explained how she did the Quilt As You Go technique.
Cathy is making Simple Whatnots by Kim Diehl in a Grand Junction class at the Owl's Nest Quilt Store. She said she is learning so much by piecing all the little pieces.

Shauna with her MANY 9- Patch quilts. Masterpieces in my opinion. Simple but so pretty. She cuts 2 or 2.5 inch squares and makes many of the blocks. Each quilt has a special palette of color.
Deanne is also busy sewing up receiving blankets for her three new grand kids.
