Delicate Stitchers, Show and tell, July 13, 2022
Mary Wakeley presented a lesson on using 60 o rulers for creating interesting quilts, inserting triangles in various configurations. Here are shown her table runners, small quilts, and a lap sized quilt, all using the triangular ruler. Pat Byrd showing here a Patriotic flag quilt, UFO which was started in 2021 as a block exchange with a quilting group she belongs to. The center is a panel, flag, with special blocks surrounding it. Peggy Harty showed us a large Queen size bed quilt, in Red, white, and blue/green. It is a UFO from 2010 Pack Creek Mystery quilt challenge, pieced and quilted by Peggy. Large, beautifully made quilt. I didn't get the details from this quilt. It was shown by Audrey, very cute lap sized quilt in reds. I "House" pillow for the executive director of the SE Utah Housing Director and his new wife. This is an inspirational pattern, very well done by Audrey.
