Carolyn didn't let chemo slow her down.
She finished the "block of the month" quilt top with the red border and Peggy almost has hers done too.

Peggy had one of her most productive months... In the 4-H workshop she made a table runner, a small quilt top made of pre-cut curved pieces, a folded pinwheel, a receiving blanket with mitered corners, and a pillow cover. 
The 4 -H workshop was a blast!
 




 
 

Here is the Split 9 patch that she made for Kids in Crisis... Shown front and back... Love using up those 5 " squares this way.


And here is her daughter's graduation quilt only 5 months late... Attic windows - Minky on the back and machine quilted on her Bernina!
This was a UFO - A kit that Laura made for Kids in Crisis... Peggy had it stashed in her cupboard for a few years!

In 2012 we decided to have a featured quilt each month.  This month we featured the Mexican Star.  Really fun to see them all together!  I count 11!

Pat F.  Made this split 9 patch during our workshop in fall colors.  She made a special trip from Salt Lake Area to sew with us.

Cyndy and Shauna show off their split 9 patches... We had a workshop in January and made these quilts with Tommye's many 5 inch squares.  We all loved the way they came out.
