This is Crystal Day, the president of the guild for the last year.  These are just some of the blocks made for Crystal by guild members.  Her next project is  to put these blocks together for her own special quilt.  Blues and lavenders in the same pattern, but the fabrics are from members' collections, each one individual and special. Crystal showed this quilt called "Birds in Flight".  She made it (or at least started) it  in class at a quilt retreat. Love the colors and the adorable pattern.  Beautifully done.  The small, round quilt by Crystal was made at a Sew Saturday.   Called "Circles of Flying Geese",  it is paper pieced in a class taught by Marian.  So pretty, colors, beautifully done. Deb showed us this Christmas tree wall hanging she made in 1994.  It was pieced with red ribbons and golden Christmas charms.  The border is called "piano keys", one of Deb's favorite border patterns.  So Stunning. Deb showed us this "Holly Wreath"
