July Show and Share

Vonda found this quilt top in a bag of donated fabric.  She took it home and finished the quilt!  Below is the back of the quilt, also made with a panel she found in the box.  What a find.  And a finish!

Crystal has been doing a lot of her favorite hand work!  Embroidered bags, a Christmas top and an appliqued and embroidered Sampler Quilt.

Sometimes we oooh and aaah when we see the back of quilts too!

This is a wool applique quilt on linen made by Pat Byrd.
It was a block of the month from Corn Wagon Quilt Company.  Below is the back of the quilt.

Our Guest Angi Walton brought this lovely star quilt.  Below we admired the back and the quilting!

Chyrrel showed this quilt she made.  She made the blocks from a Mother Goose Quiet Book.  The back shown below is from the same fabric line.  We all commented on the book border and the halloween theme.

This is the butterfly quilt that Chyrrel is teaching at the Quilt Retreat.  She said it is easy using only 6 strips of fabric for the butterfly though it looks hard.  She found the perfect coordinating butterfly fabric for the back of it.

Deanne whipped up this cute little table runner with beehives, churn dash blocks and scallops.

Good Job Ladies!
