Mary showing her sunny panel quilt, front and back in the above photos.  Below she is showing her penquin quilt.  Each penquin is dressed in fabrics used in Christmas pajamas.  Lot's of fun memories there!  I believe she made a few of these for the kids.

The back of the quilt above, below the front.  This quilt would be considered a UFO as Kim took Audrey's abandoned blocks and made it into a quilt.  What someone else loses interest in becomes someone else's treasure!  Yay!

Pat is showing blocks she made many years ago when she was first learning to quilt.  I believe she has 16 of these blocks, beautifully pieced and hand quilted.  She is committee to figuring out a way to put them all together finally!

This is Mary's other paper pieced Quilt, Black Eyed Dahlia, which was the overall winner at our quilt show.  Her intricate paper pieced quilts are show stoppers!
 



Peggy showing her Table Runner made from a Norma Whaley kit, hand appliqued and Machine quilted.  She put a lable on the back  where it can be covered with a centerpiece. 



Jelly Roll Kisses pieced and Machine quilted by Peggy.  She likes to call this her un-UFO... All done within a year!  Below is a portion of the back using the leftover pieces.




Peggy showed blocks she is working on with someone else's 2" strips that she inherited.  It is using Bonnie Hunter's Scrappy Trips around the world in a sort of watercolor design of lights and darks.  She was seeing if there was interest in a class or lesson doing this method.

Peggy modeling her "Trish Wrap"  a very simple jacket made from a rectangle of fabric.  It was made with a layered fabric stitched "Boro" style... So it looks like a lot of work went into it... but not by Peggy


Crystal's Wool Appliqued Dragon Fly pillow.  Tied for 1st place in our quilt show....in other creations category.

 To summarize, we had a very successful Quilt show and as always a great inspirational show and tell.
